Wolf Grinders wants its customers to know that we confidently stand behind all the products we sell through this website comes with a limited lifetime warranty. Please read the disclaimer information below before making a claim to ensure it is valid.
Disclaimer
The limited lifetime warranty covers functional aspects of the grinder components, which includes: the grinders teeth, the pipe component, and the lighter holster component. We do not warranty surface finish scratches, dents, chipped magnets, squeaky components, or general wear as a result of use. We do not warranty any lost or stolen products. We do not warranty any products that were damaged by improper cleaning. See proper cleaning process below.
Returns
If a return request is placed within 30 days of the delivery date of the order, Wolf Grinders will issue a full refund, no questions asked. Wolf Grinders will also cover any shipping expenses the customer incurred upon purchase, but the customer must ship the returned products to Wolf Grinders at 14930, 114 Avenue Edmonton AB, T5M4G4 on their own expense. Returns requested after 30 days delivery are not accepted but a limited lifetime warranty is offered on all products sold through the Wolf Grinders website.
