How do I clean my Pipe?
To clean your pipe, first remove the glass bowl and silicone O-ring. Rinse the O-ring with warm water. Soak the aluminum pipe and glass in Isopropyl alcohol and warm water for 30 minutes, then rinse with warm water.
Do you have a warranty?
Yes! We offer a limited 10 year warranty that covers all functional parts. We will replace your product for things like broken teeth, snapped screws, or cross threaded pieces.
Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.
